Privacy Policy

If you phone us, we may note your name, a number to reach you on, the project address, which rooms or spaces you want to change, the scope you are considering and when you would like the work to start.

Our hosting provider may also record standard technical information while you browse, for example your browser, device type and the pages you open.

We use what you tell us to talk through your project, arrange a visit, prepare pricing and paperwork for the work you ask about, keep you updated once work is underway and answer your questions. Technical data helps keep the website running and shows which pages are useful.

This site does not run advertising trackers. Essential cookies may be used by our hosting provider to serve pages safely, and your browser lets you block or delete them.

Your information is not sold or rented. We disclose it only to the trade partners, suppliers and service providers involved in your project, limited to what they need, or when a legal obligation requires it.

We use sensible precautions to keep your details safe. Even so, no website or storage system can be made completely secure, and we cannot rule out every risk.

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. A phone call is the quickest way to do any of these.

Any link that takes you to another website leaves our site; that website's own privacy policy then applies.

This website is intended for adults planning work on their homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

This policy may change occasionally; the date shown above tells you when it was last revised.
